Booking Process

• Guide to availability
• Please use the contact form to confirm availability.
• You will be informed by e-mail whether the property is available.
• If there is any problem contacting you by e-mail we will contact you by phone.
• If you wish to book then reply to the e-mail.
• You will be asked to send a deposit (see table below) which will confirm the booking.
• The full amount is normally required at least 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, although late bookings are acceptable.
• The security deposit is returned by post after successful handover at end of stay.
• You'll see that our bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, only very occasionally can we accommodate different starting or finishing days.
• All bed linen is provided with spares if required.
• A cot and/or high chair, if required, are provided free of charge.
• Any bookings confirmed (i.e. deposit paid) before end of December 2007 will receive 10% discount.
