- You will be informed by e-mail whether the property is available.
- If there is any problem contacting you by e-mail we will contact you by phone, so it may be helpful to include your number.
- A security deposit is required to be paid at start of the holiday and returned at end of stay.
- You'll see that our bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, only very occasionally can we accommodate different starting or finishing days.
- All bed linen is provided with spares if required.
- Towels are provided but extra towels may be required if you intend to make full use of the pool.
- A cot (2 cots available) and/or high chair, if required, are provided free of charge.
- Full payment is normally expected at least 8 weeks before start of stay, unless you are booking less than 8 weeks before the start.
Booking Costs for 2017 (Updated September 2016)
- For clients booking 2 weeks there is a 10% reduction on price of second week
- We will be starting on June 10th
